This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee and uphold the integrity of the CRM system (HubSpot), guaranteeing data precision, pipeline cleanliness, and current records.
• Assist the sales team with various administrative functions including contract drafting, proposal creation, and sales documentation management.
• Monitor and report on essential sales metrics, pipeline activities, and performance dashboards.
• Organize scheduling, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and potential clients or existing customers.
• Aid in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery or account management.
• Manage incoming inquiries and direct them appropriately within the sales team.
• Keep sales collateral, templates, and shared resources organized and up-to-date.
• Recognize and highlight process inefficiencies while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to facilitate the entire sales cycle.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations role.
• Practical experience with HubSpot CRM, including managing pipelines, workflows, reporting, and ensuring data integrity.
• Previous remote work experience with a strong proficiency in remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar); candidates lacking prior remote experience will not be considered.
• Experience with US or UK-based companies or clientele.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
