This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop proposals for potential clients tailored to the specific requirements of the services offered.
• Generate precise price estimates for breach notification cases, taking into account the population size and the scope of services.
• Draft and customize contracts for both Cyber Risk and breach notification scenarios.
• Make necessary adjustments to contracts when the scope changes and/or submit redlined contracts to senior leadership for approval upon request from the prospect. Inform senior leadership of the particular issues that necessitate the red lines.
• Engage in scoping calls to collect additional information about client needs to tailor the contracts appropriately.
• Assess which breach services will best meet the clients' needs and situations.
• Formulate an appropriate pricing strategy based on the level of services provided.
• Conduct and/or execute conflict checks after new prospects have been scoped. Ensure that conflicts are resolved before sending out contracts.
• Verify that all paperwork is fully executed before engagement, along with gathering all relevant information for billing purposes.
• Oversee internal processes to initiate and execute engagements once secured. This includes, but is not limited to, keeping all internal stakeholders informed of the next steps and arranging kick-off calls with the client.
• Keep current contract templates updated for use by inside sales and other sales stakeholders.
• Set clear expectations with new clients regarding initial next steps. Ensure that prospect/client inquiries are addressed promptly – whether through direct responses or by introducing them to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate sales tracking in the CRM system.
• The individual will be on call at least once a month.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or account management within a technology sector is preferred.
• Ability to work within corporate style guidelines, manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads, and deliver assignments according to established timelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
• Proven ability to create impactful sales presentations.
• Must demonstrate strong prospecting and time management skills.
• Strong phone presentation skills are essential, along with comfort in leading cold/warm calls on a daily basis with regular frequency.
• Familiarity with data breach, identity theft, cyber and/or risk/legal/privacy technology products is preferred.
• A self-starter who is goal-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Extensive experience in facilitating sales operation processes is required.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office equipment; scheduling, preparing for, and managing trade shows and other client events; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, and Salesforce; writing sales letters; and presenting solutions via phone and web.
