This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive sales of the company's products in the designated region through a dedicated team of sales representatives.
• Perform regular market visits to assess route coverage and monitor competitor activities.
• Supply distributors and customers with details regarding new or enhanced products.
• Build and sustain an effective distribution network.
• Evaluate distributor performance and suggest improvements.
• Establish procedures for sales administration.
• Deliver exceptional service levels to distributors.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on merchandise and promotional activities.
• Engage in cold calling to identify potential customers.
• Provide leadership to inspire and motivate distributor personnel.
• A graduate degree is required.
• A strong background (3 - 5 years) in a large Indian or multinational corporation is essential.
• Experience in the Labeling Industry is preferred.
• A primary focus on the B2B segment is necessary.
• Experience in Modern Trade is an additional advantage.
