This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive administrative and coordination support to Solution Advisors and Client Service Managers, such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and conducting follow-ups.

• Oversee sales and marketing calendars, assets, and documentation to maintain organization, accessibility, and version control.

• Manage and enhance CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, workflow oversight, reporting, and development of campaign lists.

• Organize and execute conferences and events, including conducting research, managing logistics, coordinating travel, overseeing booth execution, and handling post-event follow-up.

• Perform market, territory, and competitive research to guide sales strategies, outreach efforts, and campaign creation.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support projects, events, and business development initiatives.

• Uphold confidentiality while promoting efficient team operations and ongoing process improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma or degree in business administration or a related field; postgraduate or professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management is preferred.

• 5-7 years of experience in administrative and executive support roles, ideally in Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, or Operations.

• Proven experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting executive-level positions.

• Experience in territory research or supporting business development initiatives is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated capability to learn and master technology effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is required or preferred.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is considered an asset.

• Ability to solve complex challenges within defined frameworks and timelines.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• You communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally on a regular basis.

• Proficient in using the entire MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong relationship-building skills; others enjoy working with you.

• Unmatched attention to detail and high standards for quality and creativity.

• Strong time management skills; we value autonomy and do not believe in micromanaging our team.

• Sensitivity to confidential information is essential.
