• Fueling the Sales Engine: You will oversee pipeline operations from start to finish—from the initial intake and qualification of leads to monitoring workflows in HubSpot—ensuring that no prospect is overlooked and that leadership has continuous, precise pipeline reporting.

• Amplifying Our Message: You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies by scheduling content, distributing newsletters, and maintaining our editorial calendar, transforming strategic concepts into consistent, impactful visibility.

• Nurturing Key Alliances: You will invigorate our referral partner programs and networks by managing outreach schedules, tracking incoming referrals, and organizing events or webinars that foster strategic growth.

• Protecting Executive Focus: You will coordinate meetings, process transcripts, draft essential follow-ups, and manage vendor relations, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly without necessitating the founder's direct involvement.

• Execution-Focused Operational Master: You excel in execution over pure strategy; you take pleasure in creating, documenting, and adhering to structured processes to propel a fast-paced operation forward.

• Impeccable Professional Communicator: You possess exceptional written and verbal English skills coupled with superior business etiquette and editorial judgment, enabling you to confidently draft communications and manage external vendors.

• Proactive & Accountable Partner: You take initiative and do not wait for direction. You demonstrate strong accountability, high responsiveness, and the organizational tenacity required to independently manage multiple cross-functional priorities.

• Tech-Savvy: You can navigate professional platforms effortlessly. You have hands-on experience with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and are comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Canva, Apollo.io, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
