• Oversee and execute a pipeline of presales deliverables across various client sectors.
• Utilize your expertise, creativity, strategic insight, and product knowledge to brainstorm and outline Zeta’s solutions that meet client needs, subsequently crafting the client deliverable to effectively present the solution.
• Develop innovative concepts that align a brand’s identity and marketing objectives with areas where Zeta has a distinct advantage, using clear, impactful, and easily comprehensible platforms.
• Work in conjunction with Zeta’s sales team and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine the solution, shape the narrative, and design each deliverable.
• Collaborate with other members of the Partnership Marketing team on significant projects beyond the proposal pipeline, including the creation of thought leadership content, new proposal templates, frameworks, and more.
• Establish and maintain a repository of sales collateral within specific verticals, collaborating with key internal stakeholders.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in programmatic advertising (DSPs, data-driven media buying, audience targeting, and optimization).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to address two primary areas:
• Externally: the ability to convey our products and services to external client teams in a compelling, accurate, strategic, and comprehensive way.
• Internally: the capacity to communicate with internal key stakeholders and SMEs to effectively leverage their expertise in creating new content for various projects (sales materials, technical documentation, analyst relations, etc.) across business needs.
• Utilize knowledge of programmatic advertising to guide media strategy, audience targeting, and activation recommendations within client proposals.
• Capability to comprehend data and identity, and creatively apply that understanding to communicate unique, client-specific applications and use cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with self-motivation, a personable demeanor, and a keen attention to detail.
• A consistent curiosity about sales and product advancements, with a desire to gain familiarity and expertise in multiple practice areas. Ability to translate information into understanding and implement it into sales and training materials.
• Demonstrated ability in project management and time management to ensure that developed programs are relevant and aligned with sales and business objectives.
• Proficient in navigating a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Capacity to manage several projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation or word processing software.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles, including positions at agencies, brand marketing teams, media publishers, or managed service ad tech platforms.
