📋 Description

• Overseeing the sales and marketing strategy while driving commercial growth within the EV charging sector.

• Achieving revenue, profitability, and market share targets.

• Recognizing and securing new business prospects across both public and private sectors.

• Establishing strategic alliances with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.

• Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team.

• Enhancing customer engagement and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Collaborating with operational and project delivery teams to guarantee successful customer results.

• Supporting the strategic growth and long-term vision of the organization.

• Fostering a positive, high-performance sales and marketing culture throughout the company.

• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to stimulate revenue growth and market expansion.

• Managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance against commercial objectives.

• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Identifying market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the EV sector.

• Collaborating with operational teams to maximize commercial opportunities and customer value.

• Reporting on sales and marketing performance while providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Leading, developing, and growing a high-performing sales and marketing team.

• Representing the company at industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership position with a focus on driving substantial revenue growth.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability.

• Demonstrated success in formulating and executing strategic sales and marketing plans.

• Experience in managing complex sales cycles and high-value commercial contracts.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities at the executive level.

• Ability to build, motivate, and nurture high-performing sales and marketing teams.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.

• Full UK driving license.

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Desirable).

• Experience in the EV charging, renewable energy, smart infrastructure, or transportation sectors (Desirable).

• Solid understanding of public sector procurement and framework agreements (Desirable).

• Experience in selling infrastructure, technology, or energy solutions (Desirable).

• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (Desirable).

• Established network within the EV, fleet, local authority, or transport sectors (Desirable).

• Experience working in a fast-growth or scale-up environment (Desirable).

• Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills (Desirable).
