This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise brand marketing to enhance awareness, engagement, and reputation.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance on audience targeting, campaigns, channels, and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate across functions to convert brand strategy into cohesive and impactful programs.
• Identify avenues for improved visibility, positioning, and audience interaction.
• Ensure that all efforts align with enterprise business goals, communication strategies, and reputation priorities.
• Oversee the comprehensive paid media strategy across digital and emerging platforms.
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and shared media channels.
• Create measurement frameworks that link marketing investments to business outcomes.
• Assess new platforms, technologies, and methods to enhance performance.
• Direct the enterprise sponsorship and partnership strategy from inception to execution.
• Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships to elevate brand visibility and reputation.
• Formulate integrated activation plans that span multiple channels.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities while delivering measurable value.
• Implement frameworks to evaluate performance and guide investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to foster best practices and innovation.
• Guide agencies and external partners to ensure strategic and creative excellence.
• Build and nurture high-performing teams.
• Establish scalable operational models, processes, and governance structures.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field OR Master's degree and 7 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, corporate marketing, sponsorships, media, or related areas.
• Proficiency in audience strategy, segmentation, omnichannel campaign development, paid media, and marketing measurement.
• Experience in developing and leading enterprise-level marketing campaigns that promote awareness, engagement, and reputation outcomes.
• Proven track record in managing sponsorship portfolios, strategic partnerships, or experiential marketing programs.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms, analytics, marketing technologies, and emerging trends in marketing.
• Experience in building teams, developing new capabilities, and guiding organizations through growth and change.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex organizational environments.
• Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated sectors is preferred.
• Agency experience or substantial experience managing agency relationships is preferred.
