This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a precise database of venue details to enhance sales outreach effectiveness.

• Investigate websites, social media channels, and public resources to collect pertinent information.

• Reach out to venues through phone and email to confirm programming schedules, booking contacts, and venue specifics.

• Aid in territory mapping and initiatives for sales prospecting.

• Work alongside the sales team to bolster outbound campaigns and strategic planning efforts.

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Comfortable with making outbound phone calls.

• Strong verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional note-taking skills.

• Professional phone etiquette.

• Confident in conversations with venue managers and business owners.
