This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for commercial activities and business management.

• Develop the annual business and profit strategy for all service stations within your region.

• Establish revenue, sales volume, and cost budgets for your area.

• Evaluate target achievements and implement necessary actions in case of discrepancies.

• Actively engage in securing new service station locations.

• Ensure operational excellence in relation to safety and environmental regulations.

• Foster a customer-focused sales culture.

• Oversee the redesign and optimization of forecourt shop operations.

• Supervise the execution of floor plans, assortment placement, and product displays.

• Assist partners experiencing financial challenges and support their growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, retail, or a similar field, along with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.

• At least three years of relevant experience in sales or retail, preferably within retail operations.

• Excellent leadership and consulting abilities, complemented by an analytical and organized approach to work.

• Outstanding communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive work style.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Comfortable using Office 365 confidently.

• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
