This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take ownership of U.S. bookings, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
• Oversee pipeline maintenance across the U.S. sales team.
• Foster reliable pipeline generation and accuracy in forecasting.
• Assist in the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new hires.
• Engage directly with strategic enterprise opportunities and build relationships at the executive level.
• Recognize emerging trends in cybersecurity and identify new market prospects.
• Ensure precise Salesforce hygiene and uphold forecasting discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity sales.
• More than 5 years of experience leading sales teams in cybersecurity professional services, offensive security consulting, etc.
• Proven track record in managing teams that generate $20M+ in annual revenue.
• Experience in selling: Penetration Testing, Red Team Services, Product Security, AI Security Assessments, Cloud Security, OT/ICS Security, as well as Security Consulting.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop repeatable sales processes and scale teams effectively.
