Sales Manager – Sell-Side, Renewable Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Initiate and finalize agreements from initial interest to signature, crafting commercial terms, negotiating conditions, and securing contracts swiftly.

• Identify generators, developers, and aggregators through focused, data-driven outreach, managing a disciplined pipeline that you oversee.

• Establish a varied portfolio across technology types, regions, counterparties, and tenors to enhance liquidity, resilience, and pricing depth.

• Ensure thorough commercial diligence and deal integrity for seamless handoffs to delivery, including essential asset data and market entry strategies.

• Provide structured sell-side signals to inform pricing, product development, and strategy, enhancing our offerings and keeping us ahead of competitors.

• Collaborate with Pricing, Legal, and Operations to eliminate onboarding obstacles and guarantee smooth transitions to delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of originating, structuring, and closing intricate, multi-stakeholder deals, regardless of the setting.

• Demonstrated capability to manage a deal from start to finish, handling multiple responsibilities without the need for a predefined process.

• Strong understanding of what motivates a counterparty (price, risk, terms) with credible value propositions.

• Proficient in utilizing data tools to oversee pipeline management, pricing inputs, and large-scale outreach.

• A straightforward operator who successfully closes transactions across commercial, legal, and operational boundaries.

• Experience with deals in fintech, capital markets, structured finance, or infrastructure—long cycles with sophisticated counterparties and real structuring are highly valued.

• Familiarity with PPAs, flexible products, or structured energy agreements; capable of coordinating with Trading and Legal teams.

• A genuine passion for contributing to the energy transition and building innovative solutions.
