HVAC Sales Pro – IAQ & Duct Replacement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborating directly with field technicians to coach, create, and finalize sales.

• Conducting virtual consultations with homeowners to address indoor air quality issues and comfort requirements.

• Proposing solutions such as duct replacement, duct sealing, filtration systems, air purifiers, UV lights, humidity control products, and other improvements related to indoor air quality.

• Analyzing technician findings, photographs, reports, and customer data to formulate precise recommendations.

• Informing customers about the advantages of proper airflow, maintaining healthy indoor air, and implementing energy-efficient HVAC solutions.

• Preparing and delivering estimates while effectively addressing objections and closing sales.

• Working closely with field technicians, dispatch, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Keeping accurate records and follow-up actions within the CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, ideally as a Comfort Advisor or Remote HVAC Sales Specialist.

• Strong background in selling ductwork, duct replacement, duct sealing, and indoor air quality products.

• Ability to convey technical HVAC concepts in a manner that homeowners can readily comprehend.

• Demonstrated success in closing sales while providing outstanding customer service.

• Comfortable working remotely and managing several customer consultations throughout the day.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
