This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of regional revenue, bookings, pipeline health, forecasting, and overall business performance.
• Create and implement regional business strategies that align with U.S. sales objectives.
• Identify key growth opportunities among customers, partners, and target markets.
• Represent the region in executive business reviews and strategic planning initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales and technical leadership teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Formulate strategies for customer growth, retention, and expansion.
• Establish executive relationships with essential customers and strategic partners.
• Enhance strategic channel partnerships and distributor relationships.
• Maintain forecasting discipline, ensure CRM accuracy, and uphold pipeline integrity.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing teams and leading geographically dispersed groups.
• Demonstrated success in directing channel and end-customer sales organizations.
• Strong foundation in business planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and operational leadership.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
