This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate, execute, and consistently pursue a high-impact sales strategy for markets, products, and sectors within the designated region.

• Establish and meet ambitious margin and growth objectives, promoting commercial excellence and market penetration.

• Lead by example in acquiring, retaining, and satisfying customers while cultivating strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

• Evaluate sales performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to foresee risks and seize opportunities.

• Develop and implement innovative tactical and strategic plans that align with segment growth goals.

• Identify and leverage emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product prospects.

• Deliver actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and securing buy-in.

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.

• Act as the segment's representative externally, enhancing relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.

• Perform other duties as required.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of sales management experience in a pertinent industry.

• Proven track record of surpassing ambitious sales and margin objectives.

• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Advanced financial understanding and business management capabilities.

• Comprehensive market knowledge, including customer and competitor insights.

• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence and strategic transformation.

• Experience in exterior lamination related to Pool Applications/industry.

• Knowledge of Pool Liners.
