This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Define, execute, and diligently pursue a high-impact sales strategy for markets, products, and industries within the region.

• Establish and attain ambitious margin and growth objectives, promoting commercial excellence and market penetration.

• Lead by example in acquiring, retaining, and satisfying customers, fostering strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

• Develop and implement innovative tactical and strategic plans that align with segment growth objectives.

• Represent the segment externally, enhancing relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.

• Over 5 years of sales management experience in an applicable industry.

• Proven track record of surpassing ambitious sales and margin objectives.

• Expert-level skills in sales, negotiation, and presentation.

• In-depth market knowledge, including customer and competitor trends.

• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence and strategic transformation.

• Experience in exterior lamination -- Pool Applications/industry Pool Liner.
