📋 Description

• The Sales Manager is essential in propelling the growth and success of our Sales team.

• This role is accountable for overseeing the Sales function, with an emphasis on the growth and profitability management of the Company’s agency distribution within a specific region.

• The manager will cultivate and mentor a high-achieving team of Sales Representatives.

• Execute strategic sales initiatives and oversee the sales pipeline and profitability objectives for the Company.

• Effectively fulfilling the key responsibilities of this role necessitates extensive industry knowledge, robust leadership abilities, and a data-driven approach to sales strategy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize sales efforts and boost agency engagement, ultimately aiding in the Company’s revenue and market share expansion.

• Report directly to the Director of Sales and play a crucial role in attaining the organization’s overarching goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.

• Preferred: MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPCU, CIC) are preferred.

• Minimum: At least 6 years of sales experience within the Property & Casualty insurance sector.

• Preferred: Previous experience in a managerial or leadership position overseeing an insurance sales team is preferred.
