This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop, lead, and motivate a commission-only sales network, establishing benchmarks, fostering accountability, and gaining influence without relying on conventional management methods.
• Assume complete responsibility for your team's commercial success, transforming a self-employed consultant in their first week into a high-performing revenue generator.
• Accompany your ISCs throughout their journey, particularly focusing on their initial 90 days, engaging in person, building trust, laying the groundwork for the partnership, and ensuring every phase of the Teya experience is impactful.
• Actively participate in the field with your ISCs, providing coaching during merchant calls, conducting weekly reviews, and doing whatever it takes to keep your team focused and progressing.
• Stay proactive by conducting regular quality evaluations with Sales Enablement and RSMs to identify obstacles, pricing challenges, and at-risk ISCs before they escalate into issues.
• Bring together new recruits and seasoned sellers in your area through monthly in-person meetings that foster a genuine team culture and promote consistent performance.
• Analyze data to reveal growth prospects, eliminate barriers, and maintain your region's momentum.
• Advocate for the consultant experience at all levels by relaying field insights directly to Product, Marketing, and Operations to enhance Teya's tools, messaging, and resources.
• Demonstrated success in B2B field sales, preferably in payments, fintech, or software sectors.
• Commercially savvy and comfortable navigating performance metrics, incentive frameworks, and the unit economics that sustain a thriving channel.
• Highly organized and resilient, capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining high standards in a dynamic environment.
• A straightforward, empathetic communicator who can provide candid feedback and hold individuals accountable without compromising relationships.
• Process-oriented and familiar with structured frameworks, understanding what is necessary to build scalable initiatives.
• Must be a car owner/driver, with a willingness to dedicate at least 50% of your time in the field across your designated region.
