This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a Regional Sales Manager, acting as both a leader and an individual contributor for your area.
• Assist the regional sales team by taking part in and leading meetings with clients and prospects, as well as engaging additional corporate resources when necessary.
• Collaborate on sales opportunities, maintain pipelines, create forecasts, and improve business efficiencies.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve the highest performance standards.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders and the executive team to formulate strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Ensure that communications and marketing materials are aligned and reflect the GuidePoint Security brand.
• Oversee the implementation of sales policies and practices.
• Cultivate revenue-generating relationships with key partners at both local and national levels.
• Consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Position, configure, and quote product and service solutions for clients.
• Engage in industry organizations such as ISSA, ISACA, and OWASP.
• Manage leads and opportunities using the company’s Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Accurately and consistently report on sales forecasts and opportunity funnels.
• Participate in the creation, editing, and finalization of service proposals.
• Collaborate with GuidePoint Security vendors to grasp and effectively communicate their technologies and value propositions to clients.
• Take part in field marketing initiatives to generate interest and engage the client prospect community, including driving attendance to events and activities.
• Act as a representative of GuidePoint Consultants to clients, clearly articulating our areas of expertise.
• Set realistic expectations and maintain open lines of communication with clients and vendors throughout the sales process.
• Effectively utilize support resources in the sales process, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
• Professionally develop and deliver sales presentations to large audiences and executive-level clients.
• Fundamental understanding of application security concepts and tools such as SAST, DAST, and SCA.
• Over 10 years of successful experience leading teams focused on enterprise security software sales through a consultative selling methodology.
• Background and experience with Risk, Compliance, and Security offerings.
• Proven history of building and managing results-driven sales teams.
• Excellent track record of motivating, coaching, and developing a team to achieve high performance.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and proactive thought leadership.
• Energetic and passionate about serving clients, driven to succeed.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
• Proven problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and addressing complex operational, regional, and executional issues, with a keen attention to detail.
