This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Formulate, execute, and persistently pursue a high-impact sales strategy for markets, products, and sectors within the region.
• Establish and meet ambitious margin and growth objectives, fostering commercial excellence and enhancing market penetration.
• Exemplify best practices in customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, nurturing strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Assess sales performance, market dynamics, and competitive trends to foresee risks and seize opportunities.
• Create and implement innovative tactical and strategic plans that align with segment growth goals.
• Spot and leverage emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product possibilities.
• Deliver actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.
• Represent the segment in external engagements, strengthening ties with customers, authorities, and industry partners.
• Other duties as necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Over 5 years of sales management experience in a pertinent industry
• Proven history of surpassing ambitious sales and margin goals
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Advanced financial insight and business management skills
