• Lead by example in acquiring, retaining, and satisfying customers, while building strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

• Develop and execute innovative tactical and strategic plans that align with segment growth goals.

• Identify and take advantage of emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product possibilities.

• Present actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support.

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.

• Represent the segment externally, enhancing relationships with customers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
