• Act as a representative of the segment externally, enhancing relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of sales management experience in an appropriate industry.

• Proven track record of exceeding challenging sales and margin objectives.

• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Advanced understanding of financial principles and business management.

• In-depth market knowledge, including insights on customer and competitor trends.

• Demonstrated ability to promote commercial excellence and drive strategic transformation.

• Experience in exterior lamination, specifically within the Pool Applications/industry Pool Liner.
