This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and consistently strive for a high-impact sales strategy targeting markets, products, and industries within the designated region.

• Establish and meet ambitious margin and growth objectives, fostering commercial excellence and market penetration.

• Set a strong example in customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, while cultivating solid relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

• Assess sales performance, market trends, and competitive factors to proactively identify risks and leverage opportunities.

• Create and implement innovative tactical and strategic plans that align with segment growth goals.

• Recognize and take advantage of emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product possibilities.

• Deliver actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support.

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.

• Act as a representative of the segment externally, enhancing relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of sales management experience in an appropriate industry.

• Proven track record of exceeding challenging sales and margin objectives.

• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Advanced understanding of financial principles and business management.

• In-depth market knowledge, including insights on customer and competitor trends.

• Demonstrated ability to promote commercial excellence and drive strategic transformation.

• Experience in exterior lamination, specifically within the Pool Applications/industry Pool Liner.
