This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team towards set objectives
• Drive sales growth in existing and new customer relationships
• Actively manage the pipeline, forecasts, and follow-up
• Ensure high engagement and activity levels with customers
• Oversee proposal work and public procurement in collaboration with internal functions
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers, decision-makers, and purchasing organizations
• Contribute to strategy, business planning, and commercial development
• Several years of experience in sales and team leadership
• Proven track record of driving growth and delivering results
• Experience working in healthcare within orthopedics, spine, sports medicine, or other advanced surgery
• Familiarity and comfort working in operational environments
• Strong understanding of public procurement
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational presence
