This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You develop strategies for efficient lead generation, expedited conversions, and targeted upselling with current customers.
• You participate actively in operational sales — encompassing cold outreach, video-call demonstrations, and deal closures.
• You manage incoming inquiries from leads via all channels and guide them to closure.
• You design and implement campaigns aimed at targeted lead acquisition.
• You compile a thorough analysis of competitors and the overarching market for both yourself and the team.
• You represent viind at relevant trade shows and events — either independently or alongside the team.
• You utilize HubSpot as the primary CRM tool and ensure all information is kept up to date.
• You regularly refresh sales forecasts based on ongoing developments.
• You collaborate closely with Mishal (Head of Sales) to continually enhance our strategies.
• You are a genuine team player who can inspire others with your enthusiasm.
• You possess an excellent understanding of people and a strong aptitude for numerical analysis.
• You have extensive experience in sales and sales management.
• You remain patient in the often slow-paced B2G environment, encouraging your team and consistently driving initiatives forward.
• You know how to evaluate, challenge, and motivate individuals.
• You are fluent in German — both written and spoken.
• You provide your team with structure and clarity through effective communication and transparent expectations.
• You actively engage in discussions, contribute your ideas, and prefer to find solutions rather than assign blame.
• You are open to expressing your thoughts while valuing constructive dialogue.
• You foster a positive team environment and are respected for your honest, direct, and constructive approach.
• You are ready to be the primary contact for all sales activities and elevate our sales scaling to the next level.
• You have significant experience in selling SaaS products.
