This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will oversee and cultivate a team of Commercial Account Executives and Account Managers, collaborating closely with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and executive leadership to implement a robust land-and-expand strategy.
• You will head the AMS Commercial Sales team, tasked with generating revenue across a designated group of Commercial accounts (250 - 1000 employees), which includes acquiring new logos as well as expanding opportunities within existing Wrike customers.
• Reporting to the Manager of AMS Commercial Sales, you will empower your team to thoroughly comprehend customer challenges, articulate Wrike’s value proposition, and deliver solutions that foster long-term growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of new business and expansion revenue objectives within the AMS Commercial segment.
• Foster pipeline generation, facilitate deal execution, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Advocate for a strategic land-and-expand approach to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Review deals, provide coaching to close, and engage actively in complex negotiations and escalations.
• Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks.
• Evaluate sales performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement actionable plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Legal, Channel Partners, and Professional Services.
• Lead territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy formulation, and trend analysis.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top-tier sales talent.
• Promote a culture of accountability, urgency, and ongoing improvement.
• Moderate travel may be required (approximately 25%).
• A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience (preferably in Commercial or Mid-Market).
• Over 10 years of overall sales experience.
• A proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing team revenue goals.
• Experience overseeing both net-new and expansion sales initiatives.
• A strong coaching mindset coupled with hands-on deal leadership.
• A data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance evaluation.
• Capability to lead in a rapidly growing and evolving sales landscape.
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue models.
• Background in selling multi-product or platform solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with senior customer stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to discern trends, risks, and opportunities in intricate deals.
• Familiarity with modern sales technologies (CRM, forecasting, enablement tools).
