Sales Manager, New Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will lead and motivate a team of Team Leaders and sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and continuous training to enable them to achieve their maximum potential.

• You will serve as the architect of our sales achievements, creating and executing detailed sales strategies that align with the company's revenue objectives.

• You will gain expertise in the beauty industry landscape, evaluating market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

• You will be instrumental in identifying and developing new markets for Booksy's products and services.

• You will meticulously track essential sales metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable position, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including recruitment, training, and mentorship.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to cultivate robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and trends effectively.

• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience collaborating with marketing teams to create campaigns.

• Background in identifying new markets and growth opportunities.
