This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Engage in active sales of our modular housing solutions (both B2B and B2C).
• Establish and nurture a regional network of customers, including investors, developers, companies, municipalities, and private clients.
• Guide prospects from the initial contact phase through to the signing of contracts.
• Showcase our system during client meetings and events.
• Collaborate closely with planning, technical, and project execution teams.
• Develop the market and territory independently.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate, capital goods, or technically intricate products.
• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with an ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, along with confident negotiation abilities and a focus on closing deals.
• A basic understanding of technical concepts or a strong willingness to learn.
• An existing network is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• A passion for sustainable construction and modular concepts.
• Exclusivity in your designated territory.
