This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Oversee and expand the Midwest territory
β’ Foster and enhance relationships with dealer partners, including salespeople, technicians, and business owners.
β’ Identify and target new business opportunities
β’ Conduct customer visits and collaborate on sales calls with distributors
β’ Present product solutions and facilitate training sessions
β’ Provide assistance with product selection, pricing, and application support
β’ Maintain robust relationships with current customers while further developing the territory
β’ Proven experience in managing B2B sales within the Midwest
β’ Background in industrial, technical, or engineered product sales
β’ Excellent relationship-building and business development capabilities
β’ Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and customer requirements
β’ Comfortable working independently from a home office environment
β’ Willingness to travel within the Midwest (approximately 5 nights per month)
