This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee and expand the Midwest territory
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with dealer partners, including sales personnel, technicians, and business owners.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities
• Conduct visits to customers and collaborate on sales calls with distributors
• Deliver product solutions and lead training sessions
• Provide assistance with product selection, pricing, and application support
• Foster strong connections with current customers while growing the territory
• Proven experience in managing B2B sales within the Midwest
• Background in industrial, technical, or engineered product sales
• Excellent skills in relationship-building and business development
• Competence in understanding pricing, margins, and customer requirements
• Comfortable working autonomously from a home office
• Willingness to travel within the Midwest (approximately 5 nights per month)
