This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and lead a sales team to achieve monthly objectives, including activity metrics, projected opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Foster trust and confidence within direct reports while offering constructive feedback for ongoing development.
• Mentor team members to enhance their professional sales capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with other sales managers, directors, and executives to support business growth.
• Manage and conduct training sessions focused on skills enhancement, inbound sales, product knowledge, and marketing topics.
• Exhibit strong sales abilities and impart knowledge of sourcing and sales strategies to new team members.
• Sustain headcount by recruiting, selecting, and training new Inbound Growth Specialists.
• Keep up with professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
• Comprehend your country market(s) and develop and implement strategies for growth.
• Embody HubSpot’s core values and leadership qualities.
• Recognize different leadership training styles and apply them in interactions with direct reports.
• Professional fluency in English is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
• Proven experience in leading a consultative sales process, with the capability to effectively segment and manage territories.
• Exceptional coaching skills, with the ability to observe, assess, and utilize various techniques to enhance performance.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage several objectives simultaneously.
• Strong prospecting skills, demonstrating effectiveness in the initial phases of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategize, Demo & Close Call).
• Robust analytical skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results, driving changes in team behavior and developing growth plans.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.
• Strong motivation skills for both individual and team performance, with high self-awareness and effective interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
• Personal accountability for achieving monthly team goals and maintaining a positive attitude.
