This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the Nooks value proposition.
• Assist your team by participating in co-selling during calls, providing support during trials, and leading pricing and negotiation discussions as necessary.
• You will take charge of interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new representatives.
• Develop, enhance, and standardize essential sales processes to facilitate consistent revenue growth.
• Track sales performance metrics: activities, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota achievement.
• Over 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• More than 3 years of experience in sales management within the technology sector.
• A comprehensive understanding of outbound selling and prospecting techniques.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities; capable of leveraging hard data and metrics to support conclusions, recommendations, and facilitate actions.
• Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and maintain a keen attention to detail.
• Effective leadership and team-building skills.
