This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead and oversee a sales team to achieve monthly objectives, including activity metrics, projected opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Foster confidence and trust with direct reports while providing constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Mentor team members to enhance their professional sales competencies.
• Collaborate effectively with other sales managers, directors, and executives to support business growth.
• Supervise and conduct training focused on skills enhancement, inbound sales, and product & marketing topics.
• Demonstrate strong sales expertise and the ability to impart sourcing and sales strategies to new team members.
• Manage headcount by recruiting, selecting, and training new Inbound Growth Specialists.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
• Comprehend your country market(s) and devise and implement plans for growth.
• Exhibit HubSpot’s core values and leadership qualities.
• Recognize different leadership training styles and apply them in interactions with direct reports.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
• Proven experience leading a consultative sales process, with the capacity to effectively segment and manage territories.
• Exceptional coaching skills, with the ability to observe, assess, and employ various techniques to enhance results.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously.
• Proficient prospecting skills, showcasing effectiveness in the initial stages of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategize, Demo & Close Call).
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results, driving changes in team behaviors and formulating growth plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve business results.
• Strong skills in motivating both individuals and teams, coupled with high self-awareness and effective interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
