This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.
• Foster a high-performance sales environment within a fully remote team of over 25 Medicare sales agents, effectively balancing accountability with enthusiasm and motivation.
• Provide immediate coaching during live calls, assisting agents in overcoming objections and successfully closing intricate Medicare enrollments.
• Monitor calls and offer actionable feedback to enhance close rates and optimize inbound lead conversion.
• Take ownership of team performance metrics, such as conversion rates, talk time, and lead utilization.
• Manage scheduling and coverage within an 8am–8pm EST timeframe to ensure complete utilization of inbound demand.
• Lead and engage a diverse workforce model, promoting consistency, retention, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and Medicare marketing regulations, upholding high standards of ethical sales practices.
• Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, and Workforce Management (WFM) teams to enhance performance and lead utilization.
• Analyze team performance data to uncover trends, address gaps through coaching, and drive ongoing improvement.
• Minimum of 2 years managing Medicare sales teams in a call center or telesales setting.
• Experience overseeing 15–25+ agents with direct responsibility for performance metrics.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D products.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
• Experience leading teams during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
