This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement the UK sales strategy for our EEG and non-invasive brain stimulation product range.
• Build and cultivate a robust pipeline within academic, clinical, and research institutions.
• Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, technical demonstrations (with support from our product team), proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Represent Neuroelectrics at conferences, trade shows, and customer locations across the UK.
• Analyze the market — including competitors, pricing, trends, and funding cycles — and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Maintain precise CRM records and forecasts; report progress against objectives to the Sales Director.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure cohesive messaging, gather customer insights, and refine the UK go-to-market strategy.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales, with a strong hunter mentality.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in the UK market.
• Bachelor's degree in business, complemented by a technical or scientific background (or equivalent experience).
• Clinical knowledge: familiarity with EEG technology, including routine EEG, Ambulatory EEG, Long-Term Monitoring (LTM), and continuous EEG in the ICU.
• Proficient in creating and executing a sales plan, analyzing data, and reporting on progress.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
• Self-employed status in the UK (UTR/VAT registration as applicable), legally permitted to invoice as a contractor.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–60% within the designated territory for client visits and clinical trials.
• Highly regarded experience in selling medical devices, scientific instruments, or research equipment.
• Direct experience with EEG, neurostimulation, neuroimaging, or neuroscience-related technologies.
• Established network within UK neuroscience, neurology, psychiatry, rehabilitation, or academic research communities.
• Clinical or scientific background (neuroscience, biomedical engineering, psychology).
• Freelance contract under standard self-employed terms — full autonomy over your work.
• Fully remote, home-based position within the UK.
