This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead, inspire, mentor, and nurture a team of associates responsible for meeting quotas.
• Meet or exceed financial goals consistently.
• Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business outcomes.
• Foster high levels of activity by organizing team prospecting sessions.
• Ensure every team member is cultivating relationships with C-level executives.
• Provide leadership through clear and effective communication.
• Regularly coach and develop direct reports.
• A minimum of 7-15 years of proven consultative sales experience in the high technology sector (including services, software, or hardware).
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and motivating sales associates.
• Strong business acumen.
• Clear demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
• Experience with QB sales in Gartner.
