This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Market development: You will actively acquire new clients in the DACH region while also aiding in the expansion into international markets over time.
• Close the deal: You oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to finalizing agreements.
• Consultative advice: You comprehend clients' challenges (growth, CAC/CPA, ROAS, scaling, tracking) and provide factual insights rather than marketing jargon.
• Solution selling: You effectively position new performance offerings in the market and proactively identify emerging demand opportunities.
• Process design: You will create strategies to enhance our international success.
• German & English (must-have): You are fluent in German (native level) and have negotiation-level/business fluency in English.
• Sales DNA: Regardless of whether you have 2 or 20 years of experience, you enjoy closing deals and are capable of working independently.
• Straight talk: You communicate openly, listen attentively, and maintain authenticity.
• Tech affinity: You have an interest in the MarTech/performance sector and CRM tools (HubSpot).
