This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop a robust and qualified pipeline with industrial automation OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, and manufacturers while consistently driving sales.
• Formulate and implement the go-to-market strategy for timing solutions in industrial and automation applications, encompassing TSN, PTP/IEEE 1588, NTP, GNSS-resilient timing, and OT/IT network synchronization.
• Forge new opportunities through direct engagement with customers, collaboration with partners, participation in industry events, analysis of the installed base, and disciplined prospecting efforts.
• Represent ST4D confidently in front of customers, partners, at trade shows, workshops, and industry events, showcasing technical credibility and a compelling value proposition.
• Facilitate customer discussions that link ST4D timing solutions to their primary concerns: reliability, accuracy, security, uptime, and operational continuity.
• Gather market intelligence for the business by monitoring customer needs, competitor activities, procurement influences, and trends within the industrial automation sector.
• Over 5 years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial automation, industrial networking, critical infrastructure, telecommunications, utilities, instrumentation, capital equipment, or similar technology markets.
• Demonstrated capability to build sales pipelines, establish new accounts, manage intricate sales cycles, and consistently meet or surpass sales objectives.
• Strong value-selling proficiency with both technical and business stakeholders, including those in engineering, operations, procurement, and executive management.
• Familiarity with timing solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, disciplined in CRM usage, and a readiness to travel up to 30% of the time.
