• Mentor, guide, and cultivate the skills of Regional Sales Managers in the Southern UK.
• Implement the global strategy and the UK Independent approach.
• Foster a positive store culture and promote retail excellence.
• Enhance collaborations with independent retailers.
• Achieve the objectives outlined in the global and UK Independent plans.
• Offer clear direction and support during store visits and while managing retailer relationships.
• Ensure the consistent application of Jellycat standards throughout RSM territories.
• Collaborate with the Head of Independents and Team Leads to ensure coordinated execution.
• Advocate for retail culture among independent partners.
• Assist RSMs with in-store coaching focusing on visual merchandising and storytelling techniques.
• Assess store execution and provide actionable insights.
• Strengthen ties with independent retail partners.
• At least 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams or leading sales managers, preferably in independent retail.
• Strong grasp of premium retail environments.
• Demonstrated success in coaching teams to maintain high standards of retail execution.
• Experience with independent retailers and adept at navigating diverse retail landscapes.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a motivating, supportive, and dynamic approach.
• Effective communicator, capable of influencing, guiding, and partnering with both RSMs and retailers.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• A positive, premium, joyful, and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while adopting a resilient, “can-do” attitude.
