• 3–5 years of experience in sales is preferred, but we welcome career changers.

• Experience in selling complex services or software solutions is a plus.

• A genuine interest in New Work, transformation, and HR.

• Self-motivated – you take initiative and proactively push projects forward.

• Strong creativity and passion for storytelling to emotionally connect with customers.

• Strategic thinking ability to enhance sales processes.
