This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of account managers, guiding them in the growth of their accounts and achievement of their objectives.
β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance revenue among existing hospitality clients through cross-selling and account expansion.
β’ Monitor performance, manage the sales pipeline and forecasts, and leverage insights to drive improvement in results.
β’ Collaborate closely with customer success and marketing teams to formulate integrated plans that enhance customer outcomes.
β’ Proven experience in leading high-achieving sales or account management teams in software or technology sectors.
β’ In-depth understanding of customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling strategies within an established customer base.
β’ Proficiency with customer relationship management platforms, such as Salesforce, for managing pipeline and forecasting.
β’ Familiarity with the hospitality or events industry and awareness of how technology benefits clients in these fields.
