This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of the entire sales process — from the initial meeting to closing — while generating excitement around our products and services.
• You are enthusiastic about demonstrating your skills in discussions and converting proposals into actual contracts.
• Cold calling? Not necessary! The majority of your meetings are conducted digitally with exclusively pre-qualified leads.
• Your communication not only guarantees customer satisfaction but also transforms them into advocates for our brand.
• Your empathetic approach fosters trust, enhances referral rates, and attracts more clients to us.
• Your workspace is entirely digital, equipped with an advanced CRM and contemporary tools.
• Prior sales experience (1–2 years), preferably in selling more complex technical products.
• A willingness and motivation to gain technical knowledge about heat pumps in order to competently advise customers.
• You are outgoing, personable, and a genuine team player.
• You possess strong self-motivation, enjoy reaching targets, and approach every conversation with enthusiasm.
• A proactive mentality is intrinsic to your nature — you take initiative and collaborate effectively with your team.
• Enjoy flexibility: Work up to 100% remotely or from our office in Bochum.
