This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the sales of heat pumps within the designated region.

• Your role will involve analyzing appropriate sales channels and pinpointing opportunities across all market segments (residential, commercial, and industrial).

• Actively pursuing and securing new B2B partners, finalizing contracts, and promoting products among well-established plumbers will be part of your duties.

• Sales support and the proactive search for business opportunities will constitute your daily activities.

• Collaborating with the Technical Support, Marketing, and Sales departments will be essential to ensure smooth business operations.

• You will be responsible for managing leads and monitoring the business performance of each partner.

• Effective communication with colleagues from the division, the photovoltaic systems department, energy management systems, and marketing will be crucial for achieving company objectives.

• Additionally, you will work with business partners on opportunities and engagements, while maintaining open communication channels with customers to gather feedback and insights for product and sales enhancement.

• Working closely with the marketing team to foster collaboration with business partners and installers will be an integral aspect of your role.

• Furthermore, you will provide essential technical support and training to business partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective sales of heat pumps and accessories.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales (heat pumps)

• Proficiency in strategic planning

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Excellent time management abilities

• Familiarity with related technologies (PV systems and HVAC systems)

• Basic knowledge of marketing

• Capability to sell a new brand

• Proficient in MS Office 365

• Fluent in Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

• Valid driver's license (B)
