This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Convert qualified leads into sales while consistently achieving your sales quotas.
β’ Consult with B2B clients throughout Europe on customized signage projects β identifying their needs, recommending solutions, and guiding them to make informed decisions.
β’ Establish enduring partnerships with major brands and agencies that foster repeat business and referrals.
β’ Maintain discipline in the CRM β ensure your pipeline is organized, follow-ups are timely, and reporting is precise.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to set accurate client expectations from the outset.
β’ Continuously enhance your sales skills through training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for selling β not merely going through the motions.
β’ Proficient in German at a native level β this is a critical requirement for this position.
β’ Proficient in English for internal communications.
β’ Excellent communication skills and empathy β you can gauge a clientβs needs, tailor your approach, and simplify complex concepts.
