This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new clients for large projects in the fields of interior construction / project management / general contracting / real estate.
• Independent execution of the entire sales process: acquisition --> proposal --> closure.
• Development and execution of a new client strategy.
• Responsibility for the client development phase.
• Exploration of new markets.
• Active market analysis.
• Sales-oriented personality with a commercial / technical background.
• Extensive experience in sales, e.g., as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Key Account Manager (m/f/d).
• Excellent market knowledge.
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written (preferable).
• Strong communication skills with exceptional presentation abilities and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel (within Germany).
• Remote work environment and company car, also for personal use.
• Permanent employment contract, 30 days of vacation, with the option for JobRad leasing.
