This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As a Field Sales Manager, you represent BACHMANN in your region, focusing on distribution, electrical wholesale, and installation trades.
• You will inherit an established partner network and consistently enhance it.
• Your primary objective: to build and actively nurture existing partner relationships.
• Conducting product training sessions and sales activities on-site.
• Identifying and capitalizing on market and growth opportunities within your territory.
• Planning and participating in trade shows, customer events, and industry gatherings.
• Independently managing sales and budget responsibilities.
• Collaborating closely with Inside Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within trade or distribution.
• Background in a technical environment (e.g., electrical wholesale, industry, trades).
• A strong sales drive coupled with enthusiasm.
• A hands-on approach — you are proactive and ready to tackle challenges.
• High levels of initiative and self-organization (taking action rather than waiting).
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence with customers.
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
• Company car (available for personal use).
