Sales Manager, Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek and assist new clients while enhancing existing business partnerships in the domains of electronic components, printed circuit boards, and electromechanical components.

• Engage in trade shows, conferences, and industry gatherings to uncover new business prospects and broaden our network.

• Collaborate with our international team of technical experts to create customer-specific sales solutions.

• Analyze market trends and lead the growth of our market presence in Switzerland.

• Take ownership of meeting sales objectives and revenue targets within your designated region.

• Maintain and refresh our CRM system (Salesforce) to guarantee precise and current customer information.

• Strong background in technical sales, preferably within electronic components, printed circuit boards, or electromechanics.

• Robust technical knowledge and enthusiasm for innovative solutions in Energy Storage / BESS.

• Outstanding communication abilities, self-driven, and persuasive in interactions with clients.

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written).

• Must reside in Switzerland.
