• Foster a high-performing sales culture by mentoring and developing teams.

• Guide Sales Consultants in reaching their sales objectives.

• Enhance store connectivity and cultivate relationships with store management.

• Oversee the hiring and training of Sales Consultants.

• Guarantee exceptional customer service by tracking project progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing successful sales teams.

• Minimum Work Experience Required: 3 years.

• Minimum Leadership Experience Required: 3 years.

• Minimum Education Required: high school diploma and/or GED.
