This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• The Sales Manager for Exterior Living is responsible for aggressively driving and implementing the sales strategy for the segment within the designated region.
• Takes full ownership of achieving ambitious growth targets regarding sales, margin, and market share for the LivTec product line.
• Define, implement, and consistently pursue a high-impact sales strategy tailored for markets, products, and industries in the region.
• Establish and meet challenging margin and growth objectives, promoting commercial excellence and market penetration.
• Lead by example in acquiring, retaining, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify risks and leverage opportunities.
• Develop and implement innovative tactical and strategic plans aligned with segment growth goals.
• Recognize and take advantage of emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product opportunities.
• Present actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.
• Represent the segment externally, enhancing relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Over 5 years of sales management experience in a relevant industry
• Proven history of surpassing ambitious sales and margin goals
• Expert-level skills in sales, negotiation, and presentation
• Advanced financial understanding and business management expertise
• Extensive market knowledge, including insights into customer and competitor trends
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence and strategic change
• Willingness to travel 20-50%
• Experience in exterior lamination
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
