⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5+ years of sales management experience in a related industry

• Proven track record of surpassing ambitious sales and margin targets

• Expert-level skills in sales, negotiation, and presentation

• Advanced financial acumen and expertise in business management

• Extensive market knowledge, including insights into customer and competitor trends

• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence and strategic transformation

• 20-50% travel required

• Experience in exterior lamination
