This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop, implement, and diligently pursue a high-impact sales strategy for various markets, products, and industries within the region.
• Establish and meet ambitious margin and growth objectives, promoting commercial excellence and enhancing market penetration.
• Demonstrate leadership in customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction while fostering strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Evaluate sales performance, market trends, and competitive forces to anticipate challenges and leverage opportunities.
• Create and execute innovative tactical and strategic plans that align with segment growth goals.
• Identify and take advantage of emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product possibilities.
• Deliver actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support.
• Maintain the highest levels of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.
• Act as a representative of the segment externally, enhancing relationships with customers, regulatory authorities, and industry partners.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Over 5 years of sales management experience in a relevant industry
• Proven history of surpassing ambitious sales and margin goals
• Mastery in sales, negotiation, and presentation techniques
• Advanced financial insight and business management knowledge
• Extensive market knowledge, including insights into customer and competitor trends
• Demonstrated capability to drive commercial excellence and strategic transformation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory
